يُرجى قراءة الشروط التالية بعناية قبل إتمام الحجز أو إرسال العربون.
الحجز متاح لمدة ساعة واحدة من وقت إرسالنا رابط الحجز إليك، وعليك خلال هذه المدة اختيار اليوم والوقت المناسبين لظروفك. في حال عدم إتمام الحجز خلال ساعة، سيتم الانتقال لخدمة عميل آخر وإعطاؤه الدور.
دفع العربون عند الحجز إجباري، وقيمته ٥٠ دينارًا أردنيًا.
العربون غير مُسترد تحت أي حال من الأحوال؛ سواءً قمتَ بالحجز بالخطأ، أو حدث معك ظرف طارئ، أو لم تسمح لك ظروف عملك بالحضور.
تأجيل الحجز أو إعادة ترتيبه غير ممكن بعد إتمام الحجز. في حال عدم حضورك لأي ظرف، تحتاج لإعادة الحجز إلى التواصل من رقم آخر مع دفع العربون من جديد.
في حال حدوث ظرف لدينا وعدم إمكانية برمجة السيارة في الموعد المحدد، سيتم إعادة العربون وإعادة جدولة الموعد في وقت مناسب لنا ولك مستقبلاً.
إرسالك للعربون يعني موافقتك التامة على كافة الشروط أعلاه. وأي إخلال بهذه الشروط سيتم التعامل معه قانونيًا لحفظ حقوق الطرفين.
Terms & Conditions
Please read the following terms carefully before completing your booking or sending the deposit.
The booking remains available for one hour from the time we send you the booking link. Within that hour, please choose the day and time that best suit your schedule. If you do not complete the booking within one hour, the appointment will be offered to the next client.
A deposit is mandatory upon booking and amounts to 50 Jordanian Dinars (JOD).
The deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances — including mistaken bookings, emergencies, or work-related inability to attend.
Rescheduling or rearranging a booking is not possible after you have booked. If you fail to attend for any reason, a new booking requires contacting us from a different phone number and paying a new deposit.
If we are unable to program the vehicle at the scheduled time due to circumstances on our side, the deposit will be refunded and the appointment will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time.
Sending the deposit constitutes your full acceptance of all terms above. Any breach of these terms will be handled legally to protect the rights of both parties.
